Medium Roast. Full body, spicy dark chocolate, sweet molasses, the flavor complexity of these 9 exotic beans makes for both a flavorful espresso with a rich and warm “crema” as well as an excellent filter/drip coffee with a long-lasting pleasant aftertaste.

Medium Roast. Very distinct, spicy, smoky flavor that sets them apart from all other coffees. It has great acidity, and the spiciness or smokiness comes across as a twist to the acidity tones. Full in body and rich in flavor. This coffee is smoky, distinctive flavor and fairly rich cup.

Ethiopia Sidamo coffee, originating from the highland region in southern Ethiopia's Sidama zone, is celebrated for its vibrant, complex profile that showcases the birthplace of Arabica's signature brightness. Prominent flavor notes include juicy berries—such as blueberry, marionberry, or tart mixed berries—alongside bright citrus elements like lemon, lime, or bergamot. Floral aromas and tastes, often evoking jasmine, honeysuckle, or tea-like qualities, provide an elegant, aromatic lift. Many cups finish sweetly with hints of cane sugar, stone fruit (like peach), or subtle cocoa, delivering a clean, balanced, and delightfully fruit-forward experience that's both approachable and sophisticated.
